The Nights Of Wonder.

I am extremely excited as i am offically now into day one of planning for Europe next year. Yes thats right it's a year away, but really i can't help it. It's going to be pretty bloody wonderful. We'll be spending most of the time in England, which ofcorse is amazing, London shall be the hot spot as i told mum i wasn't going to leave, but i'm keen to get out into the countryside and head to Bath and York, just for a laugh. Between our time in England we'll head on over to France, or should i say Paris to be exact, which shall be so beautiful, i cannot wait just to go to a french food market (lol), after Paris i am demanding that we go see my Grandfather who lives a few hours drive away. I miss him so much, so we definatly need to see him. After our time in France we'll head back to the big LDN, and from there head to Italy, and i will finally realize how truely amazing and beautiful everything we studied in classic's is, we'll head to Rome, Pompeii is a must, i have to have visit the House of the Vetti and head to Naples to the fantastic meuseum there. Florence is one hundred percent on the agenda as it is mum's favourite place in the world, so we must go as i cannot wait to see it, the pictures sure as hell look beautiful, and Venice we cannot forget that we must go punting atleast once. Hopefully we visit Prauge in the Cezh Republic- another must see on mothers list. Then back to England, where we must head to Scotland and Ireland. I am not leaving the country untill i have been to Scotland and Ireland and also until i have snogged an Irishmen aswell, so lads look out.

Finally it's all starting to happen. My dreams are finally coming true. (cheesy)

Let's Start Over Rover.

Hello everyone im truely sorry for the once again non exsistant blog. I am going to try hard to keep this one going...this time round, because blogging is actually a great thing. SO much has been happening these past few months. Most recently i have finished sixth form, meaning exams are well over and done with (thank god). I trust i went quite well, better than what i expected. English was easy- as i expected, agriculture and geography went reasonably well, and classics was a huge suprise as somehow completely out of the blue i actually managed to write a eight paged essay on Roman social life, and four paragraph questions on the Odyssey and Pompeiian art. Woooo. Time of my life. I am profoundly pleased it is all over and now i can relax. I've also gained a 'House Leader' role on our schools House Exceutive teams, for my house- Mansfield. Yes named after the amazing writer Katherine Mansfield. The role should be an enjoyable one as house activities are generally quite entertaining. Also it being choosen includes a three day camp up to Boyle River- a adventure recreation learning camp if one had to describe it in any way. Leadership camp should be a good laugh, and i'm sure i'm going to learn a few new things about myself and my peers.

Beacause i have not been on in so long, i'm going to apologise in advance for a long post babbeling on about nothing piticulary importand. Although i must tell you about the Pearl Jam gig i went to. It was totally totally amazing, so energetic and Eddie Vedder was just fantastic, he is quite inspiring actually, so down to earth and so talented. Just like his warm up act Ben Harper and the Relentless7, they were amazing! One of the best bands i have heard live. There songs are so catchy and Ben Harper writes some amazing lyrics- I recommend my favourite Shimmer and Shine. Such a great song, just listening to there music makes you feel alive. Also Liam Finn opened for P.J, and he is also a very very talented muscian, and what a bonus that he's a kiwi.

More happenings in my busy life have been my recent trip up to one of my favourite places in New Zealand- Gore Bay. It's about an hours drive from where i live, and it is just purely stunning. Everything about the place is so peaceful and calm. Me and my good friend Cody orginised a three day trip up just to relax and to chill out with friends, and that we just did. It was really good. There was a group of about 20, and we all got on great, and i made a few new mates along the way which was total bonus. Me and Rose are going to become pro surfers and ofcorse beat Cody and Simon on the pro sircut. Haha. Yeah maybe one day we'll actually be able to stand on the board ;) We saw load of dolphins and a seal, which was vastly entertaining and so beautiful. We just hung out on the beach and mucked around in the meadow, chatted and fell asleep to the waves. Pure bliss- I wish i was there now.

More recently i have forgotten to inform you that unfortunatly my UK trip to England and Italy has been cancelled- which is a total shame, but to be honest i am glad. Glad because Mum and Dad have deciced we are going over there next year or this year for a holiday!!! Which will be soooo much better, as we will go all over Europe. So that will include; England, France, Italy, Ireland, Scottland and many more places im sure. I can't wait, it will be amazing! And they have agreed i can take my best friend Ash over also, so everything will be even more wonderful. Not only that Mother dearest said that we can do whatever we like and if that means staying in London by ourselfs in a hotel then that is fine! Which is totally totally rad. I will be such a fantastic time, so it means im going to have to save big time for a truck load of spending money so i can spend all my pounds at Topshop and H&M. Yaaaay.

My recent activties for today included a very uneventfull one, recived my Year Book- which was a laugh and a half to look through. And also went to the pictures to see Zombieland with a group of friends, it was a total laugh and a toatal piss take, but i enjoyed it nevertheless, apart from the screams of terror in the frighting parts haha.

Well i shall leave you my dears to ponder over this extremely boring post. Once again my apologies for the lack of blogging. The next post shall be full of interesting bits and bobs and i wont bore you all half to death.
For now. xx

As i sit here, lonesomely in my beloved bedroom, i have just completed my journal entry, a activity in which i have become some what reliant on, i begin to get an excited butterfly feeling in my stomach. The days of being over whelmed with excitement-oh how i love it.
There is no amount of expression that i can put to paper, or in this case a blog, that can describe the feeling i get when thinking about my delightful future. Am i being cheesy and naive or simply realistic when i say that? haha. Anyhoo all opinions aside;
I am exceptionally excited for the London and Rome trip, it shall be amazing! Being in LDN with allll of my close friends, me and Ashlee are going to have such a wonderful time.
Then the hard and thoughtful work and study a long three years at university shall do to me, i have decided I'm defiantly doing a BA. Such freedom and self help experience.
Then after a long road at uni, finally i shall be living in London, doing what i love doing, marrying my many future husbands and generally being myself in every lovely way possible. I. Cannot. Wait.
ALSO CAN'T WAIT FOR TUESDAY NIGHT'S EPISODE OF 'THE BEST OF TOPGEAR'- oh how i loooove that programme. I really do wish i was related somehow to Hammond or Clarkson.
Best be off my dears... i have french homework i must hastily attend to xx.

it's not the end

Well i am finally starting to get back into the swing of things and i would REALLY like to keep on top of my blog. I enjoy writing on this lovely blog spot SO much. It's such a wonderful way to jot down pretty much anything thats in this busy mind.
Speaking of busy- (thats most likely an understatement)
school- has been hectic as it most likely has for all of you wonderful people, exams, friends and changing times.
work- is quite boring, but atleast i am making some dosh right???
AND I HAVE TO SAVE FOR MY SCHOOL TRIP TO LONDON AND ROME which is going to be so bloody amazing and wonderful. It's a part of my english, classics and history class programme, we leave september next year and it's going to be truley fantastic.
friends- "times are a changing" but it's not really a bad thing, times change, people change. Change is good. But sometimes change can be bad, i guess you just have to figure out the positive and the negetive for yourself, it's part of life. After all, in life you don't go back to the past to see if it still hurts. But really I AM SO SO SO HAPPY life is really great and the moment. And being closer to the friends i thought i had lost is such a reilief and such a pleasure, because i love them all so dearly.
WOW since i have not been blogging in such a large time (sorry to my lovely followers) i have so many new interests and don't worry i shall not bore you out of your brains and list every single one of them. I shall just simpley tell you a few of my thoughtful favourites.
Music- theres so much fantastic talent out there and not only are most of them sourley unknown they are not played loud enough to be frank. THE CHECKS i am so avid about this truely fucking great band. There like a new more indie rock version of The Rolling Stones and they are unbelieveable in every good way possiable. DOWNLOAD THERE ALBUM OR BUY IT BECAUSE THEY ARE FUCKING AMAZING. If you love bands like the Rolling Stones, The Doors, Pink Floyd-ish, The Kooks, then i'm sure you will enjoy them as much as i do.
Bat For Lashes... is a new favourite, really different and unique yet really great.
The Kinks... Just starting to listen to them again after seeing THE BOAT THAT ROCKED (NEW FAVOURITE FILM) they are really great arn't they? Well i really think so.
The Rolling Stones... ALWAYS BEEN FAVOURITES but after seeing 'Shine A Light' for the 56th time last night, i am even more enthusastic about them than ever. It's love really.

EVERBOADY HAS TO READ 'TO KILL A MOCKING BIRD' atleast once in their life. Truely truely life changing book that. It's amazingly insightful and greatly written.
ALSO READ 'ATONEMENT' because if you loved the movie, like i did, the book is just as good, if not better. THERE ARE TO MANY GOOD BOOKS TO NAME TBH hahahaha.

Many apologies for the non existent blog. Have been mega busy with school.
I am taking rather different assorted subjects this year including; English, classics, photography, geography, and tourism. Oh so boring but yet in many ways delightfully fun. Tbh this will sound rather nerdy but I like school, or should I say only when there are subjects you actually enjoy rather than hate. So keeping with the whole school theme (which is rather boring) homework is a drag isn’t it? I am sitting here typing this while searching for research on the founding of Rome for classics. Time of my life I’m telling you.
On the other hand, I smell something delightful, must be my new burberry ’London’ perfurm, godness it smells lovely doesn’t it?
I also have more happy new to report, I finally got my hands on a rather awesome if I may say so myself, leather jacket, black with pockets and a sort of bomber jacket meets leather feel to it. Love love god damn love it.
Until tomorrow my lovelies xx

simple and sweet.

Hello lovelies. Just had to post these pictures of me and my newly beloved Ben Sherman top.
As plain and somewhat boring as it seems, it's actually rather nice, comfortable and light. Accompanied by my grey cotton on cardigan and black cuff shorts with perhaps red tights- it's the perfect casual summer outfit. Full of union jacks and utter 'britishness' it makes me somehow feel one step closer to moving to London. (laughs)
